At Barslund we deliver quality work on time. Notwithstanding the size of the task and no matter who is project manager. 

In order to support this we have developed 'The well-planned project', a handbook of project management, where the entire project management is minutely described.  This workflow, is based on Lean Construction, and ensures a tight and proper management, on all projects from bid to delivery. 

The handbook helps to ensure that everyone’s focus is directed towards quality, time, finances and communication between the project partners, during all stages.

In addition to 'The well-planned project', we have worked on a Quality Assurance System since 1992. 

The Quality Assurance System is continually updated, reviewed and revised.  Today it is equivalent to a new EMS.  The system is prepared at a level so as to achieve IS0 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. 

Each process is evaluated as mentioned continuously from an economic, technical and temporal point of view. 

In addition, all processes are monitored for business improvement, for example technological improvements or environmental concerns, which are implemented and become standard in our work. 

This brings new experiences that can help optimize our performance and workforce.
